Month
four was a very hectic month. He got his four months shots. Family doctor did
mention that he is on the skinny side.
He was weighing 14 pounds exactly.
He is also 61.5 cm long. He cried
for maybe five seconds after his shots where he then looked at the doctor and
giggled. This month Vincent has sure
learned how to laugh. It’s such a cute sound.
We decided to start cereal this month as Vincent has been drinking every
1.5 hour night and day. Once the cereal
was started he started sleeping a little longer at night. He went to see the urologist this month. For more details about this appointment there
was a blog with full of details.
Mother's
Day was part of this one. It was my first one. I got spoiled. Vincent got me a
nice necklace, Pat got me the fifty shades DVD, I got gift card and a onesie for
Vincent. In Sudbury we celebrated Ilaria's (Vincent's cousin fifth birthday).
He loved the snuggles he got from both his cousins. We also got to visit many
different family members. On the morning of Mother's Day we went for breakfast
at my mother's house. After
lunch, we then left Sudbury to drive to the cottage. It was the first time
Vincent went to the cottage. We relaxed that evening. For the May long weekend, we
went to the cottage. Vincent had lots of fun.
On the Saturday,
he spent time with grand-maman and
grand-papa while papa and maman went
to the movies.
The
last day of his four months, Vincent got thrush. We had to bring him to CHEO where they
weighed him and checked to make sure it was only thrush and not another
UTI. It was clear that it was only
thrush. Vincent also weighed in at 16 pounds. He gained a full two pounds in one
month. He is no longer to skinny for his
age. Since Vincent hated his carrier car seat, we bought him the next car seat in which he can grown in. Here are some more pictures of the
month.
